SYLVAIN RICHER
With over 30 years of experience, Sylvain excels in business management and financing. Holding an MBA from the University of Sherbrooke, he has held senior positions in two major Canadian banks, including executive assistant to the president at BMO, and has served in various roles as a business manager. He is also the founder of a fund dedicated to SME financing, which he successfully led.
For 25 years, Sylvain has divided his time between teaching SME financing at the University of Sherbrooke and mentoring, inspiring the entrepreneurs of tomorrow to aim high!

MARC ROUSSEAU
With 35 years of experience in financing and investment, Marc has held key positions, notably as Senior Business Development Director at the Business Development Bank of Canada. A former military officer, he retired in 2004 as a Lieutenant Colonel. He also worked as CFO in both private and publicly traded companies, and collaborated with several NPOs.
Over the years, Marc has developed financing solutions exceeding $200 million, providing financial support tailored to business needs.
